The following information is available to inform our customers concerning Cancellations and Refunds for Merlin 3D Studio Products. These policies also apply to the products sold through under various brand names.

REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Returns are not accepted. If a product is received in damage condition, the damaged components will be replaced by Merlin 3D Studio. If an item arrives with missing components, those components will be replaced by Merlin 3D Studio.

CANCELLATIONS
Merlin 3D Studio produces custom products for private collectors. As such, our products are made-to-order. We begin to produce your custom product as soon as you place your order or begin a payment plan. You are welcome to cancel your order at any time, however a refund is not issued in cases where an order is cancelled. If you were paying for a product through a payment plan, a cancellation will end the payment plan. However any funds already paid towards a product are forfeit.
