Merlin 3D Studio has been developing and and manufacturing a wide range of physical products during the last 5 years. We have the capabilities to create prototype products and replicas in house for display or sales presentations starting from the blueprint stage, all the way to rapid prototyping, molding, casting, painting, finishing, and presentation. We have contacts overseas and locally for the manufacture and packaging of bulk products and our services are not limited to just plastic work. We can design and work with CNC machined metal parts, laser cut parts, wood, acrylic, and much more!
Replicas and Collectibles
We are most known for making Statues, Models, Replicas, and other collectible items. We are well versed in the production pipeline from beginning to end and have the ability to produce finished prototypes in house
Paper Goods
From the beginning we have developed many paper and card based products. We have great contacts overseas for bulk production and we have the ability to produce samples of cards and paper goods with regular printing, UV printing, metallic foil, embossing, and spot UV, in house

While our specialty is plastic, we have experience in wood, CNC metal, milling, and laser cut parts!
